Prenatal Massage

During a Prenatal Massage the expecting Mother will be side laying positioned with pillows, she will not be laying on your stomach at any time and she will be positioned so she is never laying directly on her back during treatment. *A Parent/Legal Guardian needs to be present during whole duration of the Massage session for all clients under the age of 18 years old.

CBD Cream Massage
Adding CBD cream to your massage may help reduce pain and inflammation. It also may help to put you in a more relaxed state of mind. CBD cream is used in place of massage lotion. Your choice of Scented or Unscented CBD Cream.
Massage with Eye Mask Treatment
Enhance your massage experience with a soothing eye spa treatment! Receive a customized massage, then during the last 30 minutes of your massage, indulge in a lavender scented relaxing warm compress steam eye mask. This is designed to refresh, hydrate, and moisturize your eyes. Let the mask gently rest on your eyes and do its magic while your massage continues. Lastly a steam towel is added to your face, followed by a face massage to finish your massage treatment.
(Disclaimer, this treatment cannot to be done with contact lenses in. Don’t use eye drops for 20 minutes after steam mask treatment. Eye mask is NOT intended for anyone with eye disease, eye infections, swollen eyes, any skin allergies or any recent eye surgeries.)
Himalayan Salt Scrub
Enjoy a soothing Himalayan Salt Scrub to help exfoliate them dry and achy feet, hands or back. Warm towels are used during treatment to help relax you and remove the salt off of your body. Chair Massage at Serene Therapeutic Touch
A chair massage is a short, upper body focused massage session, which includes the neck, shoulders, back, arms and scalp. It's typically performed over clothing, making it convenient and quick. The client is seated in a specialized chair, with a headrest, armrests and leg rests. It's typically performed over clothing, making it convenient.
*This service needs to be booked at least 24 hours in advanced to make sure I have the specialized chair at the Suite.
Traveling Chair Massage
Traveling Chair Massage is brought to your location. A chair massage is a short, upper body focused massage session, which may include the neck, shoulders, back, arms and scalp. Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right at your event or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair with a headrest, armrests and leg rests. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing making is quick and convenient. Chair massage sessions are shorter than traditional massage and usually done in 10, 15 or 20-minute increments per person. Perfect for events, workplaces, bridal parties, baby showers, spa dates, birthday parties, staff appreciation, teacher appreciation and more.
